Recently renovated and a nice size rooms with satisfactory breakfast included. The best location with a railway station close to the hotel.

New-fashioned and functional room, with a fridge, central heating, and an electronic key card. Particularly nice view on the Tatra mountains. Location - marvellous, next to a night club in the basement as well as surrounding attractions. Private parking onsite provided. Exceptionally nice, supper friendly staff towards all guests.

We were upgraded to double room with balcony on check in. It had central location close to Bon Bon.

View was nice, breakfast was savoury, and beds were exceptionally comfortable. I liked convenient placing of a fridge, central heating and an electronic key card in the double room. It was functional and pleasant to come back to. In general the staff were amicable and excellent. Central location just off the High Tatras, the shopping centres there and the centre of town, it was in a new area. Besides, the hotel was 2 km away from a heavily hyped water park.

Spotless and soundproof units with balcony, comfortable bed plus view of a pizzeria, and the staff were amazingly nice. The hotel had a good and unbeatable location in the mountains.

Fairly clean and cool place, has particularly nice views of the mountains. The room is spotless and soundproof and essentials you need, including an electronic key card, a work desk, and TV with satellite channels, is right there. The location is unbeatable and magnificent, close to a railway station. The restaurant in the hotel is nice for dinner. Would recommend and would use them next time.

I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent location of the hotel, just a short walk from the bus and train stations. The convenience made it easy for me to explore the city center and also visit the nearby ski area. Despite being an older hotel with dated furniture, the quality of services provided was acceptable, especially considering the affordable price. The breakfast offered a good variety of hot and cold options, and I appreciated the spacious dining room. Additionally, I found the staff attending to the breakfast hall to be extra helpful and attentive.

Units with balcony. Quick check in and in general very good service. Marvellous location of this perfect place, close to Poprad, the bus/train station and the main street, and a night club in the basement. Also, right at the center.

The room here is spotless, and the staff are friendly and respectful; it's conveniently located near the city center, just a short 10-minute walk away, and there's a lovely place called Corner House Sienovy just a short 10-minute drive away as well.

Convenience to the main railroad line and station at Poprad-Tatry. Better than average buffet breakfast. Staff was very good and their english was good as well.

Communist-era furnishings which means a fairly hard bed. Rooms need to be updated.

The staff was amiable, amicable, and everything was great. They offered functional and new-fashioned rooms with a nice bathroom, window open and comfortable bed. The breakfast selection was very tasty and above average with 3 basic meals, soup and dessert.
